At Luxury Jewelry for Less, we are committed to offering a refined, trustworthy, and secure jewelry shopping experience. Every piece we offer is selected with care, and every order is handled with the attention fine jewelry deserves.
Please review our store policies below before placing your order.
10-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unworn, unused, and unaltered.
In its original condition.
Returned with all original packaging, boxes, tags, certificates, grading reports, appraisal documents, and any included accessories.
Approved by our customer service team before being shipped back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality, security, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Custom-made jewelry.
Special orders.
Engraved items.
Resized, altered, repaired, or modified jewelry.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, scratches, missing stones, or tampering.
Final sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
Gift cards, if offered.
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, name, item purchased, and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, insurance, and secure packaging unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error. We strongly recommend shipping returns with tracking and full insurance, as Luxury Jewelry for Less is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, uninsured, or underinsured return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team. If the item meets our return requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping, insurance fees, sizing fees, customization fees, and other service charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Please allow reasonable processing time after inspection. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available on eligible items within the 10-day return period. Exchange approval depends on item condition, availability, and inspection.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has entered processing, production, customization, sizing, or shipment, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Custom orders, special orders, engraved items, and resized items may not be canceled once production or service work has begun.
Shipping Policy
We take great care when preparing jewelry for shipment. Orders are packaged securely and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Luxury Jewelry for Less is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
For security reasons, signature confirmation may be required on certain orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage.
We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
Jewelry Care
Fine jewelry should be handled with care. We recommend removing jewelry before swimming, exercising, sleeping, cleaning, applying lotions, using chemicals, or performing activities that may damage stones, settings, chains, clasps, or metal.
Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, improper care, and third-party repairs are not covered unless otherwise stated in writing.
Product Information
We make every effort to display product details, images, descriptions, sizes, metals, gemstones, and prices accurately. Because jewelry photography may vary due to lighting, screen settings, magnification, and natural gemstone differences, slight variations may occur.
Gemstone and diamond weights, measurements, and descriptions may be approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.
Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy and use reasonable safeguards to protect customer information. Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not knowingly sell or misuse customer information.
