Shipping Information

Once your order is placed, our team will begin processing it as quickly as possible. Because jewelry is valuable and requires careful handling, some orders may require additional processing time for verification, packaging, and secure shipment.

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout when available.

For the protection of our customers, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Luxury Jewelry for Less is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business days. Processing times may vary depending on the item, order volume, payment verification, and shipping carrier availability.

Once your order ships, you may receive tracking information so you can follow the status of your delivery.

10-Day Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy for eligible items.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 10 days of receiving the order. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Please do not mail any item back without first contacting our customer service team.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Returned within the approved 10-day return period

  • In its original condition

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged

  • Returned with all original packaging, boxes, certificates, tags, and included materials when applicable

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, repair, or missing original materials may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom orders

  • Special orders

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Resized or altered jewelry

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved by Luxury Jewelry for Less.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning jewelry. Luxury Jewelry for Less is not responsible for returned items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Approved returns should be sent only after receiving return instructions from our customer service team.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping fees, insurance fees, handling fees, or other service charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Luxury Jewelry for Less.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and help resolve it. Please include your order number, contact information, and clear photos of the item and packaging when available.
